Over the last 20 years Arron Twamley BA has gained experience working on planning and property related projects for a variety of clients including landowners, national developers, educational bodies, investors, business owners, entrepreneurs and public agencies.
Arron has a comprehensive knowledge of the UK planning system including development promotion, development management as well as national/local planning policy and the planning appeal system. He is also experienced at identifying development sites for clients through the preparation of strategic land searches.
Arron provides a range of planning and development services including the preparation of planning and development strategies, site appraisals, planning policy reviews, stakeholder and public engagement events, planning applications and appeals (written reps, hearings and inquiries) as well as representation at examinations.
