ATP has a comprehensive knowledge of the UK planning system including development promotion, development management as well as national/local planning policy and the planning appeal system. He is also experienced at identifying development sites for clients through the preparation of strategic land searches.

We provide a range of planning and development services including the preparation of planning and development strategies, site appraisals, planning policy reviews, stakeholder and public engagement events, planning applications and appeals (written reps, hearings and inquiries) sequential tests and exception tests as well as representation at examinations.
